We had a lovely stay at the Muse Christchurch Art Hotel with our 18-month-old baby. The modern decor and large windows created a bright, inviting space. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Canterbury Museum and Cathedral Square. The staff was friendly, and the relaxing atmosphere made it easy to bond with family. We look forward to returning!

Spent Christmas at this hotel and really enjoyed the fantastic location! It's super close to the bus exchange and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring. The room itself was quite comfy, with a lovely rain shower that felt luxurious after a day out. The breakfast was also a nice surprise-huge portions and a great selection!
There were some hiccups. The room wasn't as spacious as advertised, and I had trouble with the shower pressure. Plus, the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to order breakfast. It left me feeling a bit frustrated, especially during the holiday season.

It was clean, breakfast was above average. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Our room was not only functional, but also neat with large windows and 2 single beds and a good size bathroom. The food was excellent and the location was great.

Despite the lovely staff, my bed wasn't even was great. I also found it absurd that the breakfast options were so limited, especially for gluten free. One would think a place like this would have a luxurious touch. Instead, I woudl ve been happier at a budget motel. Honestly almost left a good review but just couldn't.

The location is fantastic, right at the center and next to the train/bus station. The staff showed great hospitality, always accommodating my requests. I loved the Superior King Room, especially the spacious design and comfy bed. The bathroom amenities were excellent. The breakfast options were limited. Paying extra for an egg seemed absurd, especially given the already limited choices. On top of that, the room's cleaning seemed a bit lacking, as the bed wasn't. The corridor carpets felt worn and needed attention. Despite these issues, I appreciated the overall vibe and comfort of the room.
